Special Characteristics of the Learning Program:
Independent Project Work from A-Z
Target group for the the PM4 training includes project members and sub-project leaders. Led by an experienced training team the participants go through all the phases of a project in approximately 4 months. You will learn and experience how to handle project managment methodology.
- You as trainees are responsible for planning the project, formulating the targeted goals, organizing your team, and structuring all the work packages.
- As trainees you are responsible for the planning, supervising, and monitoring of your activities, which you will implement to a great extent in your free time.
- Of course the learning program involves regular sessions on the current status of the project and reviews: in "virtual" telephone conferences and "live" seminars.
- Possible mistakes and set-backs in the project work/sub-projects are seen as learning opportunities.
- Last but not least a thorough evaluation of what was achieved in the project work is carried out in the last seminar module.
Both trainers act during and between the 3 seminar modules in various roles. In addition to the standard roles of method experts and facilitators, they will also act as project coaches and, not least, as decision-makers who approve the entire concept and (actual) project budget of a soundly planned PM4 Children Project.
